- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- ¾ Cup Carrot Shredded
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar Packed
- ⅛ Cup Powdered Sugar
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- ⅛ Teaspoon Nutmeg
Instructions
- Clean your carrots, remove the skin, and shred.
- Add your cream cheese to a medium bowl and use an electric mixer to soften.
- Add in the brown sugar and powdered sugar into the bowl and combine using electric mixer. Then, add in vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg and combine.
- Add in the shredded carrot and mix until just combined. Add a lid to the bowl and allow to set in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Enjoy!
