Instructions
Clean your carrots, remove the skin, and shred.
Add your cream cheese to a medium bowl and use an electric mixer to soften.
Add in the brown sugar and powdered sugar into the bowl and combine using electric mixer. Then, add in vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg and combine.
Add in the shredded carrot and mix until just combined. Add a lid to the bowl and allow to set in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Enjoy!
