You may be looking for a little assistance on some aspect of making thes chocolate covered graham crackers, you have come to the right spot! I have some different ways to mitigate any complications you may encounter.
- When warming up your chocolate chips do as little amount of time as possible. If you microwave it for 30 seconds and they come out with a few small pieces still in-tact, use a spoon to mix the chocolate around until it is smooth.
- Start with a small amount of peppermint extract. Mix it into your chocolate then give it a taste. The smell can be overwhelming and you won’t know if you found the right balance until you taste it!
- Don’t stress if your graham crackers keep breaking. It’s inevitable that a few will end up in crumbs. Use what you can. If you only have small pieces, they all will taste the same no matter what.
- Make sure to use the wax paper, as instructed in the directions!
- Confused about the coconut oil? If you add it to your chocolate it won’t give your chocolate a coconut-y flavor. You would be using a very small amount!
