Creamy Lemonade Protein Smoothie Ingredients
Your typical protein smoothie may have a plethora of obscure ‘healthy’ ingredients. To have a delicious and good-for-you protein drink you really only need a few normal ingredients.
I only used ingredients that I had on hand. Of course this may not be the same for you, but even if you don’t already have them, they are often available in any grocery store!
- Greek Yogurt maintains the creamy texture while adding in additional protein
- Ice is a normal smoothie necessity
- Lemon Protein Powder amps up the protein levels
- Milk allows the drink to be blended without losing the creamy-factor
- Lemonade Mio really packs in the lemonade flavor
- Lemon Juice adds a balance of acid
I. Love. Mio. It is a flavor-concentrate that is normally added to water. You can do that, but you can also add it to your smoothies for a more intense flavor!

Creamy Lemonade Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Green Yogurt
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Lemon Sorbet flavor
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Cups Ice
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Lemonade Mio
Instructions
- In a blender combine all ingredients. Enjoy immediately!
Notes
- The best way to blend protein powders in a single-serving blender is by adding it in last. This way, it won't get stuck near the top end of the blender.
