Instructions
Open your dates and remove the pit.
Add ½ o each Laughing Cow triangle into each date.
De-shell the pistachios. Add to a plastic baggie and lightly close it. Use a heavy object, such as a rolling pin to crush the nuts.
Roll the cheese-filled date in the crushed pistachios.
