Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x9 pan with non-stick spray. Set Aside. Grab out all ingredients to ensure you have them.
In a large bowl combine: oats, chia seeds, hemp hearts, protein powder, cinnamon and salt.
In a medium bowl combine: milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract. Ensure it is mixed well as the honey may settle to the bottom.
Add the wet ingredients into the large bowl of dry ingredients. Once mixed thoroughly, add in strawberries and rhubarb and mix.
Add mixture to the 9x9 pan. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Once done, remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
