Add 6 ounces of milk to the microwave and cook for 1-1 minute 30 seconds (depending on if you want warm or extra hot milk.
Brew 2 shots of espresso.
Once your milk is warmed add in white mocha sauce and peppermint syrup. Then, use a handheld frother starting from the bottom then taking it near the surface of the milk until frothy. This should only take about 2 minutes.
Pour the espresso into the frothed milk. Top with additional white mocha sauce and crushed candy canes, if desired.
