Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a donut pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Combine with a large spoon or hands until it is in a single dough ball.
Sprinkle flour on a clean surface and place dough ball in the center. Split into 6 equal portions. Roll out each portion into about 6 inches long then place in donut pan.
Cook in oven for 25 minutes. Once done let cool in pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
Crack your egg into a small bowl. Use a fork to mix it. Use a basting brush to brush the egg on the bagel. Immediately sprinkle with sesame seeds. Return to cooling rack and repeat with all bagels.
Notes
Although cream cheese is the classic go-to for topping your bagels try this one with honey!
Store in an air-tight container
These bagels have no preservatives so they will go bad before bagels you would purchase in a grocery store. Because of this be sure to enjoy quickly!
Another way to enjoy rather than just as a classic bagel is by slicing in half and using as the bread for a sandwich!
