Instructions
Set out your cream cheese to allow it to begin to soften. Start by washing your hands and your spring onions.
Lay out a piece of ham. Pat it with a piece of paper towel to dry it off. Grab a smear of cream cheese and spread it across the entirety of the piece of ham. Make this as thick as you desire.
Cut the tip of the bulb off. Place the rest of the spring onion on the cream cheese covered ham. Tightly roll the items together.
Cut the ham wrapped spring onion into about 6-8 smaller pieces, depending on your desired thickness.
Store in the fridge until ready to eat. Be sure to not leave them on the table, unrefrigerated too long!
