Instructions
Cook ½ cup of dry white rice according to box directions.
Top cooked rice with a sprinkle of oregano and ⅛ of the mozzarella cheese.
Next, add the marinara. Then, sprinkle on remainder of the cheese. Top with pepperoni.
Cover and cook in microwave for 45 to 90 seconds. Allow to cool and enjoy!
