1TeaspoonBaking Powder
½TeaspoonBaking Soda
⅛TeaspoonSalt
½ Cup Sugar
¼CupOil
1Egg
2TeaspoonsLemon Juice

⅓CupMilk
1 and ½Cup BlueberriesFrozen (If using fresh do 1 cup)
Lemon Icing
2CupsPowdered Sugar
2.5TablespoonsLemon Juice

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray your donut pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
In a small bowl combine: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl combine sugar, oil, egg, lemon juice, vanilla, and milk.
Slowly mix ingredients in the flour bowl into the sugar bowl. Once fully combined, carefully fold in blueberries.
Fill donut pan and bake in oven 15-20 minutes. Baking time varies on many factors. Once a toothpick can be inserted and removed clean, donuts are done.
Set pan on counter and allow to set. Once slightly cooled, remove donuts from pan and set on a drying rack.
While donuts are cooling mix together icing.
Once donuts are ready to be iced simply dip the tops into a large, shallow bowl with icing.
Notes
Ensure your donuts are fully cooled before adding the icing or else it will just melt off
Save additional icing for donuts the next day! The icing will sink into the donuts, so additional glaze is nice!
