Incredible No Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (Cookies Made With Oil)
Craving a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies but lack butter? Make these Incredible No Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies! These cookies made with oil are deliciously addicting.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Get out your eggs and allow to come to room temperature.
In one bowl combine: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a second bowl add: both sugars, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to just combine ingredients. This should only take 30-60 seconds.
Slowly combine bowl 1 into bowl 2. Once just combined, add in chocolate chips. Mix until evenly distributed.
Cover cookie dough and place in freezer for 30 minutes.
Once chilled, use a standard cookie scoop to grab even portions of dough. Place dough on stone baking sheet. Add additional chocolate chip cookies to the top, if desired.
Cook for 12-14 minutes. Remove cookie sheet and allow to set for 5 additional minutes.
Remove cookies from pan and move to a cooling rack. Repeat until cookie dough is used.
