Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Clean brussel sprouts and remove stem. Cut in half lengthwise.
Place brussel sprouts into a medium bowl. Add hot honey. If you want to also add olive oil and salt and pepper, now it the time. Use a spoon to coat the sprouts evenly.
Place brussel sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooke for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway, for a crispy result. If you want less crispy brussel sprouts check remove after 15 minutes.
