Instructions
Allow waffle iron to begin heating up.
Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk until stiff peaks form.
Mix in wet ingredients.
Then mix in dry ingredients.
Generously spray waffle iron with nonstick spray then add ⅛th of waffle mixture.
Enjoy!
Notes
To freeze, cook all batter. Break waffles into perforated quarters and enclose in an airtight bag.
To reheat, cook in toaster for double the standard toasting time.
