Donuts
Preheat oven to 350. Spray your donut pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
Combine eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla in bowl. Set aside.
In a separate bowl combine oat flour, cinnamon, collagen powder, baking powder, and salt.
Slowly combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Add mixture to donut pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Drizzle chocolate over cooled donuts. Enjoy!
Chocolate Drizzle
Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Microwave until it is able to be drizzled, stirring every 30 seconds.
