Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Add chicken to a pot and fill with water. Boil until chicken is done and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit.
In your oven safe dish shred chicken. Add in all ingredients and mix until well combined.
At this time you can add any additional cheese on top, if you choose.
Bake in the oven uncovered for 15 minutes.
Once done you can top with optional Ranch dressing or Frank's Red Hot.
