Add a sheet of wax paper to a baking sheet and set aside.
Add ½ cup white chocolate chips and [optional] coconut oil to a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. There may be some pieces that are still intact. Keep stirring. The warmth will thoroughly melt everything evenly.
Use two forks to even cover each pretzel with white chocolate and remove it from the bowl. Place on wax paper.
Place 1-2 candy eyeballs on each piece before it hardens. Repeat until chocolate is gone then reheat additional chocolate. Continue until you have your desired amount of mummy pretzels.
Place filled baking sheet in fridge or freezer until hard. Enjoy!
