Remove the peels then break your bananas up into smaller pieces and allow to harden in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Once hard, add your banana pieces into a high-powered blender. Blend for a minute then add milk. This amount will vary depending on the size and amount of bananas you chose. You will want to add as little amount of milk as possible.
Once desired texture is reached scoop into your bowl. It is best if you allow it to chill in the freezer an additional 5 minutes, or you can dig right in!
