Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Place in a large bowl. Set aside to cool.
Clean tomatoes and slice in half vertically. Chiffonade basil. Set aside.
Once pasta is cool, add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Add in tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella pearls. Combine to evenly distribute. You can enjoy now or allow the flavors to marinate further in the fridge.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze right before serving! Enjoy!
