Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray bread pan with non-stick spray then lay on parchment paper for simple loaf removal.
In one bowl use a hand or stand mixer to cream butter for about 30 seconds. Add in eggs, mashed banana, and vanilla then mix again.
In a separate bowl combine flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
Slowly mix bowl of dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients. Once just combined pour into loaf pan.
Bake in oven for about 55 minutes, depending on you elevation and oven. Insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean loaf is ready!
Once done immediately remove loaf from pan and place on a cooling rack. Slice and enjoy!
