Delicious Oatmeal Blueberry Banana Muffins (Kid-Approved!)
Every family needs a go-to muffin recipe, and I believe this can be yours! These Oatmeal Blueberry Banana Muffins are both incredibly easy to bake and delicious to eat!

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Grab out a muffin tin and coat with nonstick spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl add your wet ingredients: vegetable oil, mashed banana, an egg, and vanilla extract. Mix together.
To the same bowl add the dry ingredients: flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Combine well.
Next, add in your blueberries. Carefully mix as to disperse evenly but not break them.
Add your batter to the muffin tin. Fill the cups ¾ of the way full. Reminder, this recipe makes 9 muffins.
Bake for 25-27 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed cleanly.
Once done, allow to cool prior to consumption. Enjoy!
