Instructions
Cook sausage until it has a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit with 1 tablespoons of garlic. Drain out fat and set aside.
Heat 8 cups of water until nearly boiling. Stir in 4 beef bullion cubes until dissolved. Set aside.
Dice onion and carrots. In a large pot add onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent. This will be about 5 minutes, with the lid on.
Add in the beef broth, chickpeas, sausage, spinach, and heavy whipping cream.
Allow to simmer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
