Instructions
Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a food processor add the pitted dates, dried cherries, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and salt. Pulse until evenly distributed.
Press the mixture into the baking dish.
It can be consumed immediately but is more likely to fall apart. Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least two hours for a more durable energy bar. Enjoy!
