Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 325. Take a baking sheet and line with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl combine: oats, almonds, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice. Set aside.
Melt coconut oil in the microwave in a separate bowl.
Add maple syrup and vanilla to the bowl of melted coconut oil.
Pour liquid mixture to bowl of oats and stir until evenly combined.
Place mixture on lined sheet and evenly spread out. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
Once done let cool. Once cool break apart and store in an air-tight container.
Notes
If you like your granola a little sweeter, drizzle honey on top when there is a few mixtures of baking reminaing.
