Vegetable Stock

Peeled and Chopped

Pepper
Dash
Cayenne
Dash
Cinnamon
Dash
Nutmeg

Instructions
Add chopped fruits and veggies to a crockpot. Add vegetable stock and spices.
Cook on low for 5-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.The ingredients will be soft.
Add everything to a blender and puree. Once smooth add back to crockpot and change temperature to warm.
Notes
The cinnamon and cayenne may seem strange but it adds a depth of fall flavor and kick
Top with pumpkin seeds, sour cream, or greek yogurt
