Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grab out all ingredients. Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray and set aside.
In a medium bowl combine the oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until everything is evenly distributed. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine the mashed banana, sugar, brown sugar, veggie oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Slowly add the medium bowl of Ingredients into the large bowl of ingredients. Mix until just combined to avoid over-mixing.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Distribute batter between 12 muffin tin spaces.
Bake for 16-18 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed clean.
Cool then enjoy!
