Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grab out a muffin tin and spray with non-stick spray.
Grab out all ingredients to ensure you have them on hand.
In a larg bowl add wet ingredients: mashed banana, eggs, vanilla extract, veggie oil, and maple syrup. Mix thoroughly.
In the same bowl mix in: almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder.
Carefully fold in chocolate chips.
Fill cupcake tins about ¾ full.
Note: This recipe makes 10 muffins!
Bake for 15-17 minutes. Remove and allow to cool. Enjoy!
Notes
These muffins are jam-packed with banana. This makes them moist... VERY moist. So, these muffins do not last too long. Enjoy immediately after baking.
Store in an air-tight container for about 2 days.
