Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 8x8 casserole dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.
Allow your egg and cream cheese to come to room temperature.
Open your can's of corn. Rinse then place in a large bowl. Add in onion, salt, pepper, paprika, egg, and cream cheese. Combine well then add to casserole dish.
Combine butter and bread crumbs. Evenly distribute on top of corn mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
Bake in oven for 35 minutes.

This dish can be prepared beforehand then baked when ready to eat
Using whole wheat bread crumbs is optional. Choose the type you prefer!
If you want a thicker casserole use a smaller casserole dish. Adjust baking time as necessary.
