Pumpkin Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
- 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar Packed
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 1/4 TSP Nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and prep a 8X8 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a bowl combine the oats, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add eggs and milk to bowl. Combine.
- Pour into lined pan and smooth out.
- Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
