What’s So Great About A Sweet Potato?
For some reason sweet potatoes have a great reputation for being the best choice of potato for your health. I’m not here to tell you they aren’t. They’re packed with beta carotene and fiber. They have a low GI (Glycemic Index) level. This means they won’t spike your blood sugar.
So, although sweet potatoes are nutritious so do other potato varieties. This means you can select whatever type of potato based on your taste preferences because you wont see a noticeable nutrition difference between them.

This recipe is so easy that they are the perfect addition to any weeknight dinner. You will love them so much that i’m they’ll even find a place on your Thanksgiving spread.
Although they are the perfect side dish, they can have so many other purposes too! You can add them to a salad to give it the perfect fall flair or eaten as a fun appetizer that will have your guests drooling for what you have prepared for the main course.
