Loaded Egg Bites
Equipment
- 1 Whisk
Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 5 Egg Whites
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1/2 Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Chopped
- 1 Cup Spinach Chopped
- 1/3 Cup Ham
- 1/3 Cup American Cheese Shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- Heavily spray a cupcake pan. Set aside.
- Chop your bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, and ham. Set aside.
- In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, egg whites, and milk.
- Add in chopped bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, ham, cheese, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into cupcake pan until wells are 3/4 of the way full.
- Bake 22-25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to mostly cool.
- Run a knife along the edges to ensure a smooth removal. Enjoy!

- Store extras in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Freeze any extras for future use.
