Caprese Skewers with Salami

- 10 Mozarella Pearls
- 10 Basil Leaves
- 10 Slices Salami
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all ingredients prior to beginning to assemble.
- Grab a mozzarella pearl and slide to end of mini wooden skewer.
- Side on a slice of salami.
- If you have a small piece of basil slide it on next. If it is larger, fold it in half and add to the skewer.
- Lastly, pop on the cherry tomato.
- Then, prior to serving drizzle with balsamic or serve in a dish on the side. Enjoy!
