Shredded Chicken- Boil chicken breasts until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow it to cool then shred.
Flatbread– If you can make this homemade, go for it! I opted for the store-bought version. To each their own!
Mozzarella Cheese– This adds an amazing juxtaposition of flavor to the buffalo sauce.
Celery– Buffalo chicken and celery are the perfect combination!
Buffalo Sauce– I used Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing sauce.
Ranch Dressing– I’m from the Midwest. No explanation is needed.
Some additional ingredients you may want to consider are bacon bits, cheddar cheese, or bleu cheese!

A Word From a Registered Dietitian
At first glance, this may not seem as though it is a balanced meal. In actuality, it’s more well-rounded than you’d expect! A single flatbread has 54g of protein! For a meal, it is recommended to have at least 20-30g. With this having 54g of protein, you are nearly doubling these recommendations!
Worried about having too much protein? Have half and pair it with a side salad. This is still a great amount of protein, a filling meal, and you are getting in more variety of nutrients with the additional salad!
