Mexican Black Bean and Corn Mix
Ingredients
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro Finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Taco seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
Instructions
- Begin by opening your cans and rinsing the corn and beans. Add to a large bowl.
- Add in chopped red onion and finely chopped cilantro to bowl. Mix.
- Sprinkle in taco seasoning and lime juice. Combine well and top with additional cilantro.
