Remove the the clove of garlic from the head and chop. Cut green onion and remove all white. Mince cilantro. Remove aquafaba from can of chickpeas (the thick liquid).
In a high powered food processor add cilantro, avocado, garlic, spinach, lime, and green onion.
Blend until smooth.
