Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a donut pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl and all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly mix in dry ingredients into bowl of wet ingredients.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until a toothpick can be cleanly removed. Place on a cooling rack.
Toppings
Once the donuts are cool you can add the toppings. In a bowl add your chocolate chips. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. If the chocolate begins to form clumps add a small amount of coconut oil.
Once liquified, one at a time, dip the top of the doughnut into the bowl of chocolate.
Before the chocolate hardens sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs then fill the middle with desired amount of mini marshmallows. Repeat until all doughnuts are topped.
To toast the marshmallows place the doughnuts on a sheet pan and broil o high in the oven. Be sure to closely watch as they will only take about 1-2 minutes to reach a golden color.
