The easiest dessert that any chocolate lover will enjoy. You can make this recipe your own by adding whatever toppings you like. Trying to eat dairy-free? Use dairy-free chocolate chips! Prefer dark chocolate? Use that! You can pretty much customize it however you like. On top of that, it is the easiest dessert you’ll make all year! You get to avoid the oven here-all you need is a fridge to harden the chocolate.
Trail Mix Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Almonds Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Dried Cherries
- 1/4 Cup Pepitas
- 1.5 Cup Chocolate Chips Milk
- 1 TSP Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Line a 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Add your chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. Stop once nearly melted.
- Add melted chocolate to the dish. Flatten to fill the bottom.
- Add almonds, cherries, and pepita's to the chocolate before it begins to harden.
- Let harden in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
If you want to add a bit more flavor you can sprinkle flaky salt on top before it hardens!
