Delicious Strawberry Apple Crisp for One

- 1 Ramekin Small
Ingredients
Fruit Mixture
- ½ Granny Smith Apple Cubed
- 4 Strawberries Cubed
- 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Crumble Topping
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Oats
- 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- ⅛ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- ⅛ Teaspoon Nutmeg
- Pinch Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Butter cold, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees farenheit. Butter the bottom and sides of your ramekin dish.
- Clean the strawberries and apple. Remove the skin from the apple. Cut into small cubes. Add to a small bowl.
- Combine fruit with cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- In a separate dish, combine brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Then, press the cubed butter into the mixture.
- Add the fruit to your ramekin dish. Top with the crumble.
- Pop this in the oven for 24-26 minutes, or until lightly bubbling.
- Allow to lightly cool and enjoy!
