How do I know if I need nutrition counseling?
Disordered eating habits has recently exploded. If you are questioning if you do, it would be best to connect and explore those thoughts.
Do you take insurance?
At this time I am unable to work with insurance but, I can provide a superbill. You can use that to request a refund from your insurance provider.
I also accept out-of-pocket payment.
Do you only work with disordered eating?
No! I can assist with many aspects of nutrition! Whether you have a history of chronic dieting or just need help meal planning, I can help.
How many appointments will I need?
This will be discussed in the 15 minute consultation. Some people will want follow-up appointments every other week while some may want monthly check-ins.
