Need another reason to make these Mini Monster Energy Balls? After lunch sweet tooth. I need just a little something sweet after lunch. These bites are small enough to satisfy this sweet craving without having to commit to a larger treat!
Monster Energy Ball Ingredients
These Energy Balls only require 5 ingredients! And guess what? You probably have most of them in your pantry already!
Peanut Butter: Use a creamy and thicker peanut butter. I used classic creamy Jif!
Mini M&M’s: Use the mini variety. If you use the normal version, they will be too big for the mini energy balls!
Mini Chocolate Chips: Similar to the above reason, use the mini variety!
Oatmeal: Use a quick oat variety. This allows the energy balls to be softer than if you used old fashioned.
Honey: This sweetens the energy balls and helps hold everything together. I used Nate’s honey!
