Blueberries– Opt for fresh!
Flour– Grab a bag of all-purpose.

In addition you’ll need: baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk, butter, vanilla extract, and an egg.
Then, you will also need a mini muffin tin! I have this silicone one and love it.
How to Make Mini Blueberry Muffins
We can walk through how to make mini blueberry muffins to make sure these turn out incredible!
Start by preheating your oven and spraying your mini muffin pan with a non-stick spray. Also, grab out your egg and allow it to come to room temperature and melt then cool your butter.
In a medium bowl combine all of the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Then in a separate small bowl combine your cooled butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients. Then, fold in your blueberries.
Lastly, use two spoons to easily fill each muffin space ¾ of the way full and pop in the oven to bake for about 12-14 minutes. Be sure to allow them to cool before removing from the pan and enjoying!

- If you want them to look cute add a few blueberries on top right before adding popping them in the oven.
