What do you get when you cross guacamole and hummus? Guacummus, obviously. The two come together to create the best of both worlds of your two favorite dips.
Guacummus
Ingredients
- 1 Can Chickpeas Rinsed
- 2 TSP Cilantro
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1/2 Lime
- 3 Green Onions
Instructions
- Remove the the clove of garlic from the head and chop. Cut green onion and remove all white. Mince cilantro. Remove aquafaba from can of chickpeas (the thick liquid).
- In a high powered food processor add cilantro, avocado, garlic, spinach, lime, and green onion.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- You can use this to dip your favorite tortilla chips, veggies, pita bread… OR use it for a topping, sauce, or dressing!
