Everything But The Bagel, Bagel
Ingredients
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt Plain
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
- Non-Stick Spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 and grab your donut pan. Set aside.
- Mix together flour and baking soda in a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Slowly mix in yogurt by adding small quantities at a time.
- Cover your clean surface with flour.
- Divide your dough into 6 equal pieces.
- Fill your donut pan.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Add EBTB seasoning to a bowl.
- Let cool for a few minutes then spray with pam and dip into bowl of EBTB
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Eating while warm is, personally, the best time
- You can purchase the best EBTB seasoning at Trader Joes or pretty much every grocery store now carries their own version in the spice aisle!
- Another option is to concoct your own EBTB seasoning, but as of now, that’s all you
- Store in an air-tight container
- There are no preservatives, so bagels should be eaten within a few days
