Pick Your Favorite Bread Crumbs
I use whole wheat bread crumbs for this recipes, but that doesn’t mean you need to. One of the most popular brands of bread crumbs that can be purchased in most grocery stores is Panko. They have so many varieties- italian, regular, gluten-free… You can even make your own breadcrumbs. Check out Gemma from Bigger Bolder Baking’s recipe for making your own. P.S. it’s super easy!
