Just because fall brings a ton of sweet treats donuts mean you need to refuse! Make something a bit healthier to bring to the party so there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
Apple Pie Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- 5 tablespoon PbFit Any powdered peanut butter works!
- ¼ Cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 TBSP Hemp Hearts
- 2 Scoops Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Powder
- ½ Cup Apple Chopped
- 1 ½ teaspoon Honey
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the PbFit and water. Set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients, including the PbFit mixture.
- Use a cookie scoop to grab equal amounts of mixture. Roll mixture to form ball shape.
- Place in a reusable container and let chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
