Caramelizing a banana may seem like a feat that should be left up to a train chef but that is definitely not the case. If you can slice a banana and work a stove you’ve got this in the bag! It is easy to simply add sliced banana to your breakfast but by caramelizing them you deepen the flavor and give them an added sweetness. Use as a topping on oatmeal, yogurt, ice cream, or eat them right from the pan!
